Legend Cinema, Cambodia's Leading Movie Theatre, Celebrates 12th Anniversary

PHNOM PENH -- Legend Cinema, Cambodia’s most well-known and leading movie theatre, celebrated its 12th anniversary on July 7, 2023, at Legend Premium Olympia in their spectacular Giant Hall with a bang. The event was attended by many distinguished guests, partners, studios, local production companies, fans and influencers.
The joyous occasion was celebrated to commemorate the journey of Legend Cinema from its first day of operation in 2011 up until 2023. In these 12 years, Legend Cinema has shown rapid growth, great expansions in the country, with 11 branches in Phnom Penh and 2 others in the provinces (Siem Reap and Sihanoukville), 13 branches total.
In addition to being the largest movie theatre nationwide, Legend Cinema has also developed its product and service offerings by deploying the latest, advanced cinema technology. It was the very first cinema to bring 3D cinema technology into Cambodia back in 2011 and is now offering a modern, premium cinema facilities and immersive movie experience, through advanced facilities, formats and halls such as ScreenX, Dolby Atmos, Giant Screen, and Gold & Diamond Class, which is offering one of the most luxurious experience and enjoyment.
In the celebration of its 12th-year mark, Legend Cinemas has launched attractive promotions and campaigns. Movie-goers who spend a minimum of $12.12 on movie tickets or F&B per transaction are eligible to enter their Lucky Draw Campaign for a chance to win a variety of amazing prizes, including the newest OPPO smartphones and Legend Cinema premium gifts. Legend Cinema has also launched a never-before Limited Edition 12th Anniversary movie pass card that is retailed at $12.12 per pass, which movie-goers could purchase and use to redeem up to five 2D movie tickets.
